  I was very impressed with the professional environment at Bangtail. No one tried to oversell me, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a very positive experience in the outdoors. Amber did a great job equipping my friends and I for a day of skate skiing.

  LOVE these guys (and gals) at Bangtail. Needed a mountain bike for my son: he wanted a full-suspension; my budget could only accommodate a hard-tail. Rob Funderburk pointed us to a Plus-size (3") bike, which was simply not on my radar, and my son has been thrilled thrilled thrilled ever since. And that's what's so great about the shop: It's local, it's got a wide selection, and the staff has the experience to know exactly what you need even when you don't.
