It was confusing because the product had been mislabeled and did not match our invoice - they send mens shoes. The clerk handled this very professionally and thoroughly. I'm sure this would have taken us several calls and days to sort through the discrepancies. Wonderful girl who left us feeling this matter was thoroughly resolved. Thanks for having a retail location we could go to for personal asssitance. Thanks to the great staff working at the Gallatin Mall in Bozeman 12/31/2016.
