- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆July 07, 2020, by Mike HickertI've been going to Kenyon since it was on Mendenhall and it's a great local hardware store but it seems that as they've grown customer service and employee expertise has dwindled. Cashiers for the most part are slow, apathetic and uninterested in doing nothing but the bare minimum to help. And unless you're standing in the main isle good luck finding anyone with expertise to find what you're looking for
