  Went in to settle a dispute on a bill and was told basically that I never knew when I purchased my phones. I waa told I would have too call in to the att service number to get the help I needed and they could not do a thing for me. Was a very poor excuse, so I went on my way and got the problem solved over the internet. So after 5+hrs of work I got my money back. I will never give up so easy. This place may need more training in problem solving and team work to keep people happy. It's not just about selling phones you do have to work unfortunately.

  You don't often find a place where you walk in and an employee is holding the door open for you. It's a nice touch for the store! Pretty limited selection, but the nice customer service makes up for it.
